1. Introduction

By using EZLogo, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement

This Agreement takes effect when you first use EZLogo.

3. License & Ownership

• User-Created Logos: You retain full ownership of logos you create.
• Preset Templates: All preset logos, fonts, and design elements are owned by EZLogo. You may customize them but cannot claim ownership of the original designs.
• License Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms (e.g., fraud, abuse, or illegal activity).

4. Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

5. Account Deletion

• Immediate Data Erasure: All saved logos and account data are permanently deleted upon account deletion.
• Backup Data: Backups are erased within 30 days.

6. Age Restrictions

EZLogo is not intended for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have parental consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

• No scraping, bots, or automated tools.
• No sharing accounts.

8. Disclaimer

EZLogo is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits.
• Disputes over logo designs.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, except for payment-related terms, which are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
